Bea Lueck has been a longtime resident of the area, having moved to Maricopa in 1981. Bea and her husband Rick raised their two children in the same house they are in today. Their son and daughter are raising their families in Casa Grande.
Bea has had an assortment of careers along the way, working as a produce broker, advertising sales, television station sales and operations at the local Casa Grande station and now real estate broker.
In December of 2009, a random meeting with old friends convinced Bea to get her real estate license. So she went to school and in February 2010 she joined the ROX Real Estate team. Bea has remained with the company ever since, through the merger of ROX Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Excel in 2012.
When COVID hit in 2020, many businesses were forced to reinvent their operations. The world of real estate was no exception. For the first time schools allowed online broker classes. Bea signed up immediately and got her broker’s license. A conversation she had in 2010 or 2011 with company owner Rock Earle came true. She was now the Designated Broker.
Fast forward to 2024 and it’s time to return to the roots of ROX Real Estate. Bea is excited to lead her team of award-winning agents to be the best agents possible. “I’m very proud of each and every one of our agents.
