Rock Earle • 520.421.9000

Rock has been involved in commercial real estate since relocating from California to Arizona in 1978. After several years in the metro Phoenix area, various land ventures brought him to Casa Grande, where he opened his first real estate office in 1981.

In his business, he focused initially on land brokerage and later on real estate investments. In 2005/2006 he and his partners closed out the bulk of their portfolios, and he retired from active business.

After traveling extensively for several years, and with the onset of the Great Recession, Rock scaled back to look at business acquisition opportunities. In 2008 he formed ROX Real Estate as the region’s premier independent real estate brokerage.

Casa Grande Insurance was acquired in 2012 and shortly afterwards, ROX Real Estate was merged into the area’s largest national franchise realty office — the combination of which became Coldwell Banker ROX Realty. In 2011, Rock created a new magazine to uniquely market these businesses, and ROX MEDIA was formed around it to pursue other media business opportunities. Today that magazine is Golden Corridor LIVING Magazine, and ROX Media Group publishes 20 distinct publications for itself and sponsors, printing over 5 million pieces annually.

Rock continues to practice commercial property brokerage and investment (see Commercial Property, p.26) while balancing his other business and personal interests with his wife, Elaine, and their twin 10-year-old boys, Chandler and Christian.

Susan Abdallah 520.705.1388

Susan has lived in many places, and calls the Casa Grande area “the best place on earth.” Originally from the Midwest, Susan also lived overseas for more than 13 years. After a couple of years in college, Susan was enticed by her “Auntie Mame” to travel. “All roads lead” to and from there, and so started many world adventures.

Susan and her husband, their son and his wife and her grandson, who was 5 years old at the time, moved to Casa Grande in 1995. They fell in love right away. It is customary for a Lebanese family to be multi-generational — a wonderful tradition and grounding lifestyle. All this family support helped encourage Susan to pursue the real estate field. And what a ride it has been! Today, she has over 20 years in the real estate profession. Like the love she has for her family, she adores this community that has grown and expanded, but still holds small-town charm. Because Susan loves it here, she sells from the heart.

Allow Susan to help you find your dream home or market your home for top dollar. Whether buying or selling in this community, her passion will make your experience as smooth and worry-free as possible! Together we will make your sale or purchase a win-win!
