In an update issued this afternoon, the Pinal County Public Health Services District said that after working with staff at the Holiday Inn Casa Grande it has lifted the suspension of food service at the establishment. Pinal County staff temporarily suspended the food service permit while multiple complaints concerning foodborne illnesses potentially linked to the Holiday Inn were investigated. Once it was determined that the risk factors contributing to food-borne illness were eliminated the permit was reinstated, the announcement said.
