Matt Herrington has been a REALTOR® since 2022. Matt primarily deals with Commercial Real Estate which mainly consists of land, commercial leasing and building sales. Matt is very hands-on with all of his transactions, anywhere from generating listing paperwork to putting up his own signs. Matt focuses on building strong working relationships with his clients and enjoys dealing with a wide variety of people and scenarios, “no two deals are ever the same in the commercial side of real estate”.
Matt was born and raised in Tucson, and he and his family moved to Casa Grande in 2014. He graduated from The University of Arizona and obtained his master’s degree from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL. Matt’s wife Kelly is also a REALTOR® and deals primarily in residential real estate. The two of them have teamed up on several deals.
Matt has two children, Dillan (daughter) and Connor (son), both are very active in school and sports. In Matt’s free time, he enjoys running and is always ready for his next half-marathon.
